Welcome to TopG, operated by UBIGWORLD. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TopG application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

- the in-app account deletion feature, or
- the account deletion page available at:
https://topg.ubigworld.com/accounts/remove

Upon account termination:
- certain information may be deleted,
- some information may be retained where legally required,
- shared content or conversations involving other users may remain available,
- deleted accounts generally cannot be restored.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UBIGWORLD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:
- merchantability,
- fitness for a particular purpose,
- non-infringement,
- availability,
- security,
- or accuracy.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UBIGWORLD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
